Terms of Service
Effective July 2, 2026
These terms apply when you book services from RealHelp ("we," "us"), a locally owned grounds-care service in Carteret County, North Carolina. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
Services
- Condition report — a one-time visit for a flat $79: a dated exterior photo set with plain-language notes on turf, beds and edges, trees and drainage, and anything visibly off, with a quote attached if work is recommended.
- Recurring grounds care — mowing, edging, blowing, and bed upkeep on a fixed schedule, quoted per property at a flat monthly rate, with a dated photo report delivered after every visit. Grounds-care clients receive member pricing on project work.
Reports and photos
Reports describe what is visible from the ground, outside the home, on the date of the visit. Conditions can change between visits. Reports are informational and are not a substitute for professional structural, pest, or engineering assessments. Photos of your property are taken to prepare your reports and service records; we will not publish them without your permission.
Quotes, payment, and cancellation
- Quotes are per property and remain subject to confirmation of property condition at the first visit.
- Invoices are delivered by email through our client hub and are due as stated on the invoice.
- You may end recurring service with notice at any time; service ends after the current billing period.
Text messaging (SMS) program terms
RealHelp sends service text messages — visit photo reports, scheduling updates, quotes, and billing — to clients who provide a mobile number.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
- Message frequency varies with your service schedule.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
See our Privacy Policy for how contact information is handled. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Storm status
After a named storm, active clients receive an exterior photo status as soon as roads allow. This is a courtesy, not a contracted deadline.
Liability
Our responsibility is limited to performing the grounds-care work and reports described above with reasonable care. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Carteret County, NC.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will post the updated version at this address with a new effective date.
